What we collect

A first name, your answers to the game's questions, chat messages inside your games, and, if you choose to save your game, an email address. We do not collect your location, contacts or anything from your device beyond what the app needs to run.

Sensitive information

Some categories touch on sex and intimacy, religion, politics and substance use. We ask for your explicit OK before the first question in each of those categories, record when you gave it, and log every time one of those answers is shown to another player.

Who sees what

Your answers are shown only to the person you're playing with, only after a round you both played is revealed. Nobody ever learns who else you play with, or whether you're online. Ending or blocking a game removes it for both of you; your own answers stay in your profile.

Your rights

You can rename yourself, see what you've agreed to, and delete your account and data at any time from your settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Region

Unbuttoned is available in the United States only at this time.
